Broken Leadership Consulting firm is a minority-owned business that provides leadership consulting services to K-12 school administrators and teachers. We offer strategies, systems, and solutions for meeting the educational needs of culturally diverse student and teaching populations in K-12 educational settings. Our services include equity audits and needs assessments, professional development trainings and workshops, culturally responsive curriculum development, as well as Executive coaching. With our training, development, and coaching services, we help educators, principals, and superintendents achieve improved outcomes and results.Broken Leadership was founded by Dr. Norman L. Coleman, who serves as the CEO and principal trainer for the company. Bringing him 20+ plus years of teaching and administration experience to BLC, he has developed systems and strategies designed for educational equity and excellence in K-12 classrooms and schools. Dr. Coleman has a BA and MA in Education from the University of Delaware, a MA in Educational Leadership from George Washington University, and a PhD in Educational Leadership from Bowie State University. Dr. Coleman servers as an adjunct professor at Hood College in Frederick, Maryland, where he prepares graduate students for advanced positions in education.​
